      I couldn’t identify the person, but I was more intrigued with the claim that a judge considered use of whois as hacking. Next they’ll say that you can’t take a picture of your own car…wait, they already did that.

      Since Dan ruined the fun, the picture is of Oracle DBA, Don Burleson, yes that is truly Don and its a picture from his own website. Amazing what some people post on the internet.
